John C. Nix, PLS — Principal Surveyor

Experience:
John has worked in the surveying industry since 1995 and became licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor on November 9, 2000. He has been a business owner since June 4, 2001. His experience includes environmental surveys, topographic mapping, cadastral surveys, ALTA/ACSM, subdivision design and layout, construction staking, site planning, elevation certificates, estate divisions, and expert court testimony.

  • Surveying Technology Certificate — Pitt Community College, Greenville, NC (1997)

Christopher K. Paderick, PLS — Principal Surveyor

Experience:
Christopher has been involved in the surveying field since 1992 and became a licensed Professional Land Surveyor on January 18, 2000. His work includes environmental surveys, topographic surveys, cadastral mapping, ALTA/ACSM surveys, subdivision design and layout, construction layouts, site planning, elevation certificates, GPS surveys, and estate divisions.

  • Associate in Applied Science, Mechanical Drafting & Design Technology — Lenoir Community College, Kinston, NC (1991)

James R. Watson, PLS — Surveyor

Experience:
James has been working in the surveying industry since 1999 and became licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor on December 28, 2007. He is also a Certified Flood Plain Surveyor. His experience includes environmental surveys, topographic surveys, cadastral mapping, ALTA/ACSM, subdivision design and layout, construction layout, site planning, elevation certificates, GPS surveys, and estate divisions.

  • Associate Degree — Wayne Community College, Goldsboro, NC (1998)
